obviously, there would be huge security problems. What is to stop Al Quida, Hamas, Hezbollah or even Iranian operatives, who follow their ideological/religious edicts from sending agents of chaos and mayhem? That is the problem because otherwise, just as Rauf in in Israel, there is nothing to stop Muslims from visiting. Naturally the Israelis get nervous. If there was some way, based on a mutually developed protocol, of putting responsibility on Muslims for security for those wishing to visit Israel, with a second layer of Israeli security, again within the protocol, maybe, but only maybe something could be done. Or maybe, at this point, Rauf's vision is a pipe dream, a nice pipe dream but a pipe dream nonetheless.
