I cant stand his protectionist policies but its hard to argue with them. Lou Dobbs is only a newscaster for CNN. On at 6pm, he is not even in prime time but he is a crusader (muslims please forgive me..) for the defence of Americas borders both to the outsourcing of jobs to China and the insourcing of illegal workers from Mexico. This doesnt directly relate to the situation with Israel apart from Rosners bit about a possible terrorist attack though this channel (to America) but what it does is add to the big question of whether the Left has gone beyond itself. All those illegals and there are protests FOR THEM in many American cities. I am torn, between what I believe to be at the centre of my politic, social justice and fairness and reality on the ground the defence of ones country. It totally transposes to Israel, where for me its a thousand times more critical and sensitive but relative. We MUST Protect Israel AND have a heart. It is the centre of our beliefs.
