I suspect we'll end up with a completed security fence and growing settlements on the "palestinian side" as a long term trend. The settlers have a higher birthrate than the Arabs, whose birthrate is slowly in decline, and the completion of the fence will lead to a return to a trend of palestinian emigration (as was the case before Oslo). In the long term I suspect the fence will be moved to include more settlements rather than the settlments being dismantled.
