In short: "withdraw all forces back to your own country and the right of all states to live in peace within their borders must be respected". Note the very obvious lack of a go-ahead for Israel to circumvent established international law and add occupied land to its own territory. But why let silly little things like facts get in the way of your expert interpretation of international law...
