Hamas is under pressure twice over, from both the worsening domestic situation in the Strip and the militant organization potentially losing its main threat against Israel.23:32 03.05.16 | 0 comments
It is hardly necessary, but whatever, I'm going to go ahead and point out the obvious here. The difference between the kind of society that you want and the kind of society that your describe as that of "the secular world" is that in the secular world women have the freedom of choosing what to wear or where to walk etc. Whereas you want to dictate how women should dress, what they are allowed to do etc. The whole thing is based on *your* definition of modesty and *your* notion that imposing your kind of modesty on all women is the proper way for everyone to "show honor and respect to women". In other words you think that you should decide how all women should act. And you ask why people think this is a bad idea. It is as if you lack any grasp of the concept of democracy. In order to start you off on the right path I will leave you with this little tidbit of information which might guide you in your search for knowledge: men and women have the same rights.
