The USA tested the first Anti-Satellite Weapon in May 1958. Since then a number of ASAT weapons have been tested by three nations. The only systems actually deployed were the US Program 505, using Nike Zuse missiles based on Kwajalein, and Project 437, using Thor missiles on Johnson Island. Project 505 was terminated in 1966 and 437 in 1972. Sane minds realized that if we were to start nuking spacee we would take down our satellites with EMP as we took down the Soviets. This resulted in Project Spike, and the ASM-135. We never deployed either. No nation now posesses an active program, though the three you have mentioned have tested. In space all we need to do is maintain the status quo.
