This list is a recipe for a better, more user friendly Israel. This is a public-minded prescription and as such it should be free from politicians. Leaders for each of these areas should be educated professionals and not appointed cronies. With adjustments here and there, this list should be inviolate with funding provided by public voting on propositions. This is a good place to start and I hope the list is taken seriously by public-spirited citizens.
