It is a big deal for what it is. But what it is is just a new PR campaign aimed at the INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY to get the money flowing. It is NOT aimed at ISRAEL to signal any future flexibility whatsoever on the physical return of all willing Palestinians inside the Green Line. This doesn't mean Israel shouldn't bother responding positively, because peace is worth it. But until the Palestinians are willing to do without the large scale physical return they have raised their children and grandchildren on, no and I mean no pronouncement on Israel's existence means ANYTHING.
