If you do the deed, accept the cost, and the label. There is little to distinguish South African Apartheid from Israeli Apartheid. Perhaps the South Africans can be given a little leniency in that they practiced it in their own country. Israel, on the other hand, crossed numerous national borders to seize land, then enforce apartheid policies on those who had lived there for centuries. Of course they do so inside their questionable 1967 borders as well. Any way you look at it, this is institutional discrimination, enforced by a nations "laws". The cries for recognition of Israel as a "Jewish State" only serve to reinforce and prove that this is, by any other name, Apartheid! That said, Waters is a brilliant writer, an adequate musician, an egotistical ass, and the cause of the breakup of the most brilliant rock band in history, Pink Floyd! He can be a bit abrasive, to say the least. Long Live David Gilmore!!!

Not every Israel critic is an Israel hater

Israel’s critics run the gamut from Jew-haters to people who have the country’s best interests in mind. Lumping all together as anti-Semites is a big mistake.
