It is shameful that people simply dismiss reality with untruths and do so with a wooden spoon designded to continue obscuring reallity, because it bites and hurts if you let it. The simple question ios is Israel a state of law and order or a state run by settlers. If the former then the IDF as the state's agents are obliged to maintain law and order and that means enabling Palestinian olive farmers under Israel's occupying jurisdiction from picking their crop on their land without interference. Where that fails then the state and its agent will have to contend with those Israeli men and women of conscience seeking to help those farmers going abouyt their lawful work. If the state is run by the settlers, then we might as well throw away the keys now and know that the last one out to turn off the lights is a traitor to Israel, because that individual settler is consigning Israel to a Jewish theocracy with all that entails for democracy.
