The judges suggest "using logic and common sense," but don't always do so themselves. A lawyer interviewed on the morning of the verdict (beforehand) pointed out that no one was taking into account that these judges of a lower court had not been exposed before to such high class lawyers as Lieberman's. It looks like he was completely right:-, these lawyers are much more persuasive than anything the state can afford.
