I think, this idea about the pledge of allegiance is good one, it should be applied, of course, to the Jewish repatriates and to non-Jews, who want to naturalize in Israel and also to the permanent residents, who wish to obtain citizenship. Those, who pledged allegiance to Israel as Jewish and democratic state and were granted Israeli citizenship, should be regular citizens of Israel, with the same rights and duties. Which means, such racist law, as the law about Jewish National Fund's lands, which are unavailable for non-Jews, should be canceled, and all citizens should serve in the army or do national service.
