In the upside-down world of Haaretzshugganas, Barak's sickening betrayal of Israel's Lebanese allies and humiliating midnight withdrawal of IDF forces in Lebanon was "daring" and "bold" . Of course, the fact that it fueled both Hezbollah and the Palestinian terrorists is of no import to these folks. Ditto for Barak's non-response to Hezbollah's kidnapping and execution of IDF soldiers. Lastly,as respects strategy, Barak was about to make a suicidal pact with Arafat (as if Arafat would have given up his dream of destroying the Jewish state). And, on a non-strategic matter, who can forget Barak's pimping for international crook Marc Rich. Yes, so fellow readers , when you see all of these endorsements by Haaretz columnists, just hope the Israeli public wises up and rejects such HORRIBLE advice.
