But one of the most damaging propaganda attacks on the right of Jews to a state, that is, on the very existence of Israel, is the slanderous claim put forward by enemies of Israel like Norman Finkelstein and countless Arabs including Abbas and Ashrawi that Israeli existence depends on a Holocaust 'myth'. Yes, those who cheapen the Holocaust for political ends are to be condemned. But those who, like the psychologically damaged Levy, would use the pages of one of Israel's major newspapers to 'confirm' its enemies' propaganda, are not to be assisted in their confusion and treachery.
