    Again his typical hate speech. I must give him credit though. it is awe inspiring how a guy can make a living for 40 years writing the same rehashed article over and over. of course he fails to note the wonderful educational institutions in judea/Smaria, including many colleges and a University. he fails to mention the level of volunteerism that is more than twice that in Tel Aviv, including for Army service and combat service as well as numerous social communal organizations. he also fails to mention that most of the art and culture in israel is monopolized by the leftist elite of Tel Aviv and that he could point to the dearth of such activity coming from the periphery of Israel like the negev and Galil as well. That is due to the stranglehold the self appointed ashkenazi secular left (like Levy) has on all things "intellectual" and "art" in this country. One more thing to fix. We jews have a lot of work to do for the next millenia.
