I hope this is a lesson to other countries. No one country can be TOTALLY perpared for war let alone a terrorist attack. A good example is the 9-11 attack on the US. Rather the prime minster's mistakes or "mis-guided" command/direction was intentional or not (which I really feel it was not). In a time of crisis one does what they feel is in the best interest of the whole country, even though many months and years have gone into strategic military planning. There may times when all the planning is not an applicable course of action. Again, I hope this is not only a lesson to Isreal but to other countries who are vernable to terrorism. Rather it be an attack or an all out war. One course of action is not good enough. There needs to be an alternative one as well.
