Here is a ruling from the Israeli High Court in 2004: "Since 1967, Israel has been holding the areas of Judea and Samaria (hereinafter - the area) in belligerent occupation." And if you are particularly hard of hearing, there is also this: "The general point of departure of all parties - which is also our point of departure - is that Israel holds the area in belligerent occupation (occupatio bellica)". Now, so sorry, but that's about as authoritative a statement as you can get i.e. not only is the court saying this, but it is pointing out that both the GOVT OF ISRAEL and the IDF agrees with it that this is "occupied territory", not "disputed territory".
