    heavy handedness and excessive civilian casualties compound the problem, bibi... they increase indigenous support for terrorists and fuel its ranks! true in iraq, true in afghanistan, true in gaza! i don't necassarily advocate the u.s. signing on to the icc; and i can understand israel's not wanting to either... but by God you damn well better police your own better than you have been! the idf investigations of ANY incident are notorious for virtually NEVER convicting an idf soldier(except for one hapless bedouin). oh...let me rephrase that...it never convicts an idf soldier for the crime he committed; it's always some lesser charge that carries a month or two sentence; most often reduced for time already served. your idf investigations stink bibi, and so do YOU! and IF your "commission" ever comes to be...i've NO doubt that it'll reek, too! and THAT mr netanyahu, is WHY the threat of the icc and prosecution in countries lingers over israeli officials and members of the idf.
