There is much more to the State of Israel than that it imposes a "beligerant occupation (Israeli High Court)" on the West Bank. It must be the State of Israel that prospers, as jobs and housing must be provided not only for more of those now residing there, but for settlers evacuated from the occupied land. The State has a generally recognized border, that happens to divide Jerusalem and deligitimize the settlement enterprise in general. There can be no peace until the Land of Cana'an is divided on that border.
