Nosene. Sure Jstreet is legitimate. It is a debate between Zionists. Maybe it is not tactially convinient to settle in the West Bank. However it is not ILEGAL Israel has a legitimate claim over Judea and Samaria, not less, and even more than palestinians. All at all however, these are disputed territories and their fate will be defined in negotiations. In the meantime the only thing that legally counts are the binding resolutions of the Security Council. That means Chapter 7. In other words the only thing that legally counts is the American veto. Maybe is a wrong and non moral legality. But it is legal. In other words, Israel is acting legally. The only important thing thus, (and I believe that Israel will survive this crisis with Obama) is for America to stick to its veto policies in the Security Council. The rest is just CJ LEGALISTIC NONSENSE THAT ISRAEL CAN AND SHOULD IGNORE.
