A refugee is a person whose iife would be in danger if returned to his country. There a certain amount of non-Israelis that can be here without endangering the livelihood of Israelis. When one has to choose who to let be here and who to let go I guess the one whose life is in danger if returned to his/her country of origin wins. The legality of a person's entry to the country loses its meaning when someone is fleeing for his life. Losing one's job is a tragedy for anyone. In no place of the article I see this taken lightly at all!
