I wonder if any of these settlers in Gaza or the West Bnak ever gave one thought to the former Palestinians who lived there prior to the settlement or were driven there from their homes and villages within the State of Israel? All this talk of the suffering these settlers will feel, the pain and anguish in being evacuated to communities within Israel. And yet there is a total disconnect between what they are feeling and what they caused others to feel who were living there before the settlers arrived. As for the homes in these settlements, the government or IDF may claim they are to be left intact, but it is hard to believe that the evacuated settlers will not destroy and tear apart every single thing inside, if not worse.
