    Whatever happened to the concept: "Just take what you need - and leave the rest...."? But then the powers that be would probably argue that they "need" more and more "Lebensraum". Moderation - a very commendable virtue - has become a somewhat elusive commodity in a mostly capitalistic society. This is part of what the popular protests are all about, but in order to be fully successful and morally justifiable they must also include in their agenda the indefensible, immoral occupation and the subjugation of a people living under siege without recourse to democratic institutions and fully recognized and safeguarded civil rights.
