It's completely unproductive to say that the Lebanese government must take responsibility when it is hostage. Again and again March 14 wins elections but it cannot govern in the midst of Hizbullah's arms. If the government countered Hizbullah directly, it would result in civil war. Does Israel really want to be reminded of its operations in Lebanon from in the period of 1975-1990? Israel has a right to defend itself, but simply accusing an actor (the lebanese gov't) that wields no power is foolish and accomplishes nothing.
