I attended several film screenings at last year's festival and was sorely disappointed - there were a few interesting films, but most of what I saw was truly third rate. Awful, shoddily made stuff that is not fit for a cinema 'festival'- more like late night tv. It might have changed this year but I truly doubt it, the whole event seemed like a scheme gone wrong, one whose money-making aspect left little room for spirituality.
