I must commend you for your consistent optimism - however foolish it makes you sound. But as soon as I read "Once the Partition Line was drawn by the U.N.in 1947,regardless of any war(and the jury is out on who started it)" I knew there was no reason to read any further. The jury has been in for 60 years Lakshmi and we all know who started that war as well as what the odds were. Israel fought bravely and did not occupy any lands - they won them fair and square from an extremely hostile enemy that ould have had no sympathy if they had won. The 1948 partition lines are long dead and buries, and trying to rake them up is a totally useless waste of your energies. The only thing people are amazed about is that Israel in fact 60 years after constant and ongoing attacks and wars initiated by several hostile neighbors, sometimes on several fronts. That is a truly amazing feat - think about it.
