Talking of the lack of bomb shelters in Gaza is stretching the limits of credibility. Israel has a somewhat higher income than Gaza[probably a hundred times higher per capita] and Gaza is not only unable to pay for bomb shelters but would not be able to build them in some of the densest populated cities on Earth in any case, even if they had the funds. You also seem ignorant of the fact that Gazans could not get concrete into Gaza, to rebuild their broken sewers for the last 5 years, yet you suggest they build bomb shelters! What you also ignore is that when Israel wants to they simply use penetrating explosive to detonate deep underground as in the case of the tunnels. Your idea that Gaza should provide tempting underground targets for F-16's is a touch nauseating. As for attacking from civilian areas in the most dense spot in the Middle East?! Well when Hamas did take to the fields the IDF responded by destroying 90% of the agriculture in Cast Lead so as to deny Hamas cover away from civilian centers, simultaneously denying Gazans the possibility of feeding themselves.
