After all the stonewalling and denying any wrongdoing, suddenly charges are filed? That's great, but quite surprising. Does the army finally wants to make the claim about being "the most moral army in the world" come true? If this is really a move towards accountability and upholding ethical standards, that would be an enormous step ahead!
