Nearly every delegate at the Tel Aviv conference is happy to declare their belief in the two-state solution, and to explain why it's not yet possible.18:45 11.02.16 | 0 comments
During World War II, saving the Jews of Europe was not an American priority, even after it became known (in late 1942) that the Nazis were exterminating Jews en masse. The US refused to devote any planes to bombing the railroads leading to the death camps, claiming that they were needed elsewhere, and that the best way to save the Jews was to win the war. Well, we see what happened: the US won the war 2.,5 years later and miollions of Jews were killed in the meantime. For more on this, including the infamous Evian conference of 1938, see Arthur D.Morse, "While SixMillion Died".
