Having stayed near this part of Tel Aviv on most of my visits, I can honestly say that this structure is something I crawled over and got away from as quickly as I could. It is a depressing, oppressive, vacant and forlorn environment totally out of character with the pleasure one wants to experience at the seaside. I'd prefer it torn down with the boulevard leading to an expanded beach.
