What utter nonsense and hypocrisy to complain as you do! There should never have been a Pakistan in the first place, you should be living in a greater India right now. But of course, in the Islamic world, here is a case where it is all right to have a country "based upon religion". Again, it is on a much, much vaster scale than in Israel. I would really like to see those advocating a one-state solution using this logic do the same (and with equal or greater fervor) for the Indian subcontinent. It is also illustrative to look at the history of both cases of "partition", which occurred at almost exactly the same time. In both, a substantial proportion (roughly 20%) of Muslims remained in India and Israel, whereas the proportion of Hindu and Jewish people in Pakistan and the adjoining Arab states (to Israel) is what, zero percent? Why do you think this is?
