I cannot ask him becasue the poor man is dead. He acted as a private businessman and went into a buisness partnership with Arfat and some others to make money. It had nothing to do with the governemt - he used his connections to do this and I personlly think he was being greedy. I never approved of it. But to suggest that he was responsible for the disappearance of the billions the PA received to help it build the infrastructure of their future state is ludicrous. The money Arafat used for the casino partnership came out of his little (small change) pocket. The rest all got spirited to Swiss bank accounts. WHy do you always AVOID taking responsibility for ANYTHING by bringing up irrelevant comparisons.
