The Arabs planned that Israel could not accept the Plan. That's the heart of the Arab Plan. It's as unified a posiiton as you'll ever get from that lot. Basically they're an angry divided, robe wearing, mob, whose few decisions don't have the slightest chance of ever be implemented or enforced. Israel could house every Arab refugees at the Tel Aviv Hilton, go back to pre partition borders, and the Saudis would have still find ample reasons for maintianing the state of war. When the Arab needs his long term hudna (temp peace) you'll know it. Time is on Israel's side ... be patient, the Sunni and Shiites are still just sharpening their blades.
