Earlier, mortar shells were fired into Israeli territory in apparent spillover from Syria war.12:12 13.10.15 | 2 comments
It is about time to end this session of the Kabuki Theatre that is currently underway. Israelis should be asking what the war fever is really for. Is Israel really getting ready for a nuclear war? Is the government building fallout shelters with air and water filtration systems to last for years? Are the fallout shelters big enough to hold food for years until the half-life of the radiation expires enough to make the surface again liveable? How many million can the current fallout shelters accommodate? If the Israeli government fear is actually real, these preparations would be well underway and the price of food would not be debated because the storage would be obvious. Israelis should be asking their government "if not, why not?" Even the people of Moscow had a right to these answers when Kennedy and Khrushchev faced off. The people of the US were doing this in the 60s.
