When the Shin Bet and the Prosecutor's office investigate the parties named in the documents, and their illegal activities, first and foremost, then perhaps they may have a leg to stand on in prosecuting Kam. Their crimes were committed first, and affected far more people than Kam's actions, as well as constituted a serious Breach of the Public Trust by hiding them under "Secret" classifications. A democracy needs Whistle Blowers to stay healthy and ever vigilant against those who misuse the powers entrusted to them for their own personal gains, or to persecute those who would rightfully expose them. Perhaps the Shin Bet and the Prosecutors' Office should be investigated for their serious lapse in not investigating the real perpetrators of serious crime in this case.
