It says that Abbas is correct regarding Right of Return i.e. at the very moment when Ben Gurion declared the state of Israel then EVERYONE - Jew and Arab alike - who's place of residence was inside that state became an Israeli citizen. So all those refugees are Israelis, and they have the right to return to "their" state, just as much as you regard it as "your" state..
