    Most East Jerusalemites dont think there will big advancements in the current peace talks and no one expects any break through on Jerusalem especially The reason behind the increase in Israeli passport requests is the sharp increase in the Israeli efforts to revoke the residency rights of east jerusalemites. Actually a 500 percent increase in revoked residency as per haaretz. See, we cant accept that the multitude of world jewry can decide to emigrate to Israel, stick around for a couple of years, sing hatikva a couple of times, then bugger off to New York with the Israeli citizenship in hand and more stable residency rights in our country than for us who lived here for all our recorded family history.
