Thanks for your article Andrew. It´s very important to realize that things can be improved. But I just want to enphasize, to be completely fair, that in my 3 trips to Israel and having being in several hotels, never, everrr, I was treated in a bad way or in a humillating way. In fact, it was completely the opposite. Always the staff went far beyond their duty to help me and make me feel confortable and welcome (as in the Chen Hotel), and that was very important since most of the time I travel completely alone.
