This reminds me of an Editorial by Jean Daniel some years ago: do the unexpected thing, leave Gaza, and all will be well. So Israel did, and all was not well: The Hamas took over by power and won't leave, and bombards Israel from better positions. Let them in, sure, and and then more boats, without explosives, then open the gates and let the really big rockets enter, then fly. Thanks, but no thanks.
