His assassination would cause Israel great trouble. Bin Laden, (unprovoked) attacked the United States, claimed was going to continue to organize attacks against the US, and represented no electoral constituency. Quite a different thing. Hezbollah was formed in response to the Israeli occupation of Lebanon, gained power by continued Israeli aggression, and won electoral legitimacy because of Israel's unrestrained attack on all of Lebanon including bridges and highways in Beirut. Surely Israelis are smart enough to recognize the difference.
