Israel is a Jewish state. Almost half of all the world's Jews live in Israel. Other than North American Jews, most diaspora Jews strongly identify with Israel, mainly because antisemitism is still a problem in their countries. Neither Israel as a state nor it's current government represent all Jews, but it is fallacious to say that Judaism is anti-Zionist.
