The majority of Jordans population describe themselves as palestians and originaly Jordan was created for arabs who did not support the balfour decleration. Jordan is more than big enough for all the palestians but even if the palestians got everything they wanted very soon their state would have a problem with overcrowding especialy because arabs have a high birth rate. Jordan has the economic and millitary capabilities to make their quality of life better and defend them. Any future palestian state would not have a developed economy and Israel and the US will never allow their state to have an army so terrorists with explosive belts will still be their army. If the western politicians had the courage to start talking about Jordan being an option instead of constantly talking about 2 states or a single state that includes all of Israel why cant arabs do a deal with other arabs to solve their problem I am sure for the right price Jordan would go along with it.
