The Jordanian-israeli Peace Agreement in wadi Araba, stipulated that Jordan has a special status in overseeing the Muslim Holy Shrines in Jerusalem. One doesn't expect every Jordanian, israeli, or Palestinian to read the clauses of the peace agreemnt; though one would have loved it if they did. But how can we blame Muslim when rioting, and see and hear israelis say that, Jordan has nothing to do with it, when the Israeli government carries out construction works in the viccinity of Muslim Holy Shrines?.israel recognises the peace agreement with Jordan, and it should coordinate and consult with the Jordanian authorities before it takes decisions on such construction works unilaterally.I mean, one is sure that if such coordination takes place, it would go a long way in alleviating uneccessary tensions and frictions.
