Geneva Conventions do not apply. They are between "contracting parties." There is no Palestinian nation to be a contracting party, and therefore, they do not apply to that land. UNR 181 (which you still ignore) says Jews had a right to live there. Arabs ethnically cleansed all Jews from the land in 1948. Your demand is support for more ethnic cleansing, against the rights Jews have according to UNR 181 and against your claim for equality of all people. Those points means that the land is not occupied, but disputed. That doesn't change the fact that the people are occupied. That means that Jews have the right to live in that area, but not to disposses Arabs when they do so. However, the Geneva Conventions and other standards do say a military can build defenses, taking land, so the fence is also legal. You're either intentionally ignoring laws or you're ignorant of them. Which?
