Part of the findings from the List trial: "The term invasion implies a military operation while an occupation indicates the exercise of governmental authority to the exclusion of the established government. " Israel has no governmental authority. It certainly doesn't have governmental authority to the exclusion of the established government - Hamas. Sound like anything I've said a dozen times already? "The control of the resistance forces was temporary only and not such as would deprive the German Armed Forces of its status of an occupant." The control of the Palestinian government in Gaza is NOT temporary. It is not a bunch of partisan resistance fighters. It's a full-fledged government. Israel withdrew PERMANENTLY. Israel only reserves the right to re-enter to stop attacks -- like ANY nation would do. List's partisan resistance was NOT a goverment. Hamas IS a government. That's what I've been saying all along. You are an utter imbecile, johnboy, and your analogies ALWAYS SUCK.
