...the illegality of Israelis having settled in "territories occupied" whilst Israel controlled those "territories occupied" required their removal. They were illegally settled, treaty or no treaty. The willingness to cooperate, becomes obligatory, though it is not law. --- For a term of agreement to be based on/in law, the law must exist before the treaty and will exist after a treaty is broken or canceled. If Egypt was to cancel their treaty with Israel, but still adhere to International Law, no International Law would be broken.
