University regulations and administrators certainly didn't stop american students from rightfully and vigorously protesting the war in Vietnam. Even the killing of some at Kent State only increased the firestorm of protest. It it the duty of the young to put it on the line when their country violates international laws and the rights of others but Israeli students don't seem to have the stomach or backbone to challenge authority. This does not bode well for their leadership qualities which wil be sorely needed when they are at the helm of the ship of state.
