I'm not a lawyer, but it's my understanding that you can't plead that you can't try me unless everyone else who committed a crime is tried also. Israeli law may be different, but most law systems say if you committed a crime, you can be tried, regardless of what happens to anyone else. Of course one thing which probably makes a difference is that you as a zionist believe Israel can't commit a crime because everything Israel does is justified.
