Jews should not be immune from being investigated just because they are Jews. If there is evidence to support the allegations, they should be prosecuted. If there is no evidence, then they should not be prosecuted. Israelis should not think that all nations have the same type of justice system which Israel provides for the Palestinians, where the accused are assumed to be guilty, have no legal rights, and can be thrown into jail indefinitely.
