In fact the revival of the Jewish life has been tremendous in the past decade. Jewish festivals, restaurants, plays, music and dance have all been present all around Poland. Obviously, in the much lesser extent that it would have been had it not been for the war but nevertheless it was not present at all prior to 1989 when the communists left. Indeed antisemitism in Poland was raving in the pre-war and post-war periods but now indeed it is not an issue as you have openly Jewish members of the government, Jewish journalists and entertainers. Yes you find a dumb one here and there as you unfortunately do all over the world but don't demonise one thing because of experiences of the past era. Shalom
